2. Vector artwork AI/EPS/PDF required, must be scalable.  Non scalable artwork must be sent out for converstion ($50 artwork fee to convert logo to vector)
   
3. You will be sent a virtual proof with logo for verification
5. Shipping is by UPS.  Rates depend on location or can be shipped collect using your UPS number.
